In return you will be given a GPS tracker, a race number and an emergency bag. You will be placed on our bus, blindfolded and then driven to your drop location. Here you will be released, all you have to do is make your way back to the event centre. Simple! No Map. No GPS. No Route. No Help. No Compass. You are fully self sufficient from the moment you leave the coach. So run, walk or crawl your way back.

There are several things that you will need on the day to help you to perform your best. The following list is just a suggestion of what we have found useful - talk to other athletes, Join a local club who will be able to give you some great advice and develop a list to best suit you.

* Warm/suitable clothes for prior to and after the event, these can be left on the bus and will be at the event centre on your return.

* Race numbers - pinned/attached to your race t-shirt/top or race belt, and any medical conditions clearly written on the back of your number.
