Welcome to The Exercist, a quirky event that is certainly not for the feint hearted! Race over 25 hours on a multi-terrain circuit (5 miles or 10k tbc) solo, in a pair, a small team (3-5) or a large team (6-8), in the lovely Exton Park in Rutland. An excellent pre-cursor for those looking to make the next step to 100 mile ultras. Loads of goodies at the end!
