The Green Belt Relay
A 22-stage relay race covering 220 miles of the Green Belt Way around the outside of London over a single weekend. The course weaves its way around villages and rivers, mainly following footpaths, towpaths or minor roads. Teams are of 11 people, and each runner runs one stage each day. Although the race is a relay, each stage starts at a fixed time, which allows it to be a competitive race in its own right. This is an unforgettable experience! 18/19 May.
