The legendary Gut Buster is back again for 2019, with a choice of either a 10k or 10 mile trail run over beautiful multi-terrain courses in the Berkshire countryside, and taking place between Christmas and New Year. We all need to get a date in the diary to help with motivation, and never more so than over the holiday period, and the Gut Buster is perfect for burning off those excessive calories! You'll have a choice of distances, but either way, you'll be a Gut Buster!
All the things you love about the Gut Buster, will be there - the water crossings, Roman walls, fields, footpaths, and what is sometimes the hardest last 400m in British Athletics [farmer/ crop rotation dependent]. The epic mudfest of 2017 will be talked about for years to come...what more excuse do you need to escape the family during the holiday season!
