Organiser's Description
A simple test of extreme mental and physical toughness. One hill – 55 repeats over 48 hours in December. No poles, no stopping for more than 30 minutes. As well as being a very tough physical challenge, the prospect of facing the hill time and time again means this is very much a mental challenge. The Hill is part of Shining Tor, one of the highest in the Peak District.
