You should be comfortable running 11 miles at 12-13 minute miles.
Each tour has a guide pace to keep you in your comfort zone, based on your goal marathon pace. We'll be treating this as a training run for that pace, so won't be running at your marathon pace. We also stop for breathers, history and training tips along the way.
