Organiser's Description
Run your own race, your own route, around Nottingham visiting our CheckPoints, you decide how far you run and how many CheckPoints to visit.
Start and finish between the set times, wearing your race armband and get rewarded with a stunning CheckPoint Medal.
CheckPoint Challenge is a fun, orienteering style event where you start at a chosen CheckPoint and then make your own route to other locations.

Course Details
Each CheckPoint Challenge has a number of CheckPoint locations - Nottingham Castle, Nottingham Racecourse, Meadows Recreation Ground. You can choose where you start and finish your challenge, and choose how many CheckPoints you visit within the event time.
Depending on your route, distance will range approximately from 5k, 10k and 15k, with a mix of path, road, trails and sections of flat or undulating so be prepared.
Stay posted for our example run route to be shared very soon. Remember you decide which way you run between each CheckPoint
