Organiser's Description

You may have survived the 5k, but now you will have to Suffer a whole lot more. The course is tougher. The obstacles and challenges have increased. Don't expect to breeze around this course⦠that will not happen! This is a true test for even the fittest of competitors. 10k of unforgiving terrain, 35+ obstacles of natural and very unnatural design, all set in Rockingham Castle's Great Park. Do you have what it takes to withstand Pain and Suffering?
