Deferrals
Deferrals Are now accepted up to 14 days before the Event, if you cannot participate and you have notified us by the link email then your entry will move to the next running of that race once only.
Any messages about deferrals within 14 Days of the race will be ignored.
Transfer
A Transfer is when you move your place to another runner you know or who would like to run instead of you.
This can be done by emailing [email protected]
Transfers are only accepted 14 days before the event.
