The course is designed to be difficult and the terrain is at times muddy, slippery and can be potentially dangerous. You will be wet after the first couple of miles. You must be able to swim 50m if you attempt the Walk the Plank obstacle. If you do not feel comfortable about completing an obstacle, do not attempt it - move on to the next.

Running alone? We’ve got your back. In 2020 all events will have designated solo runner waves so you can meet other lone wolves, form a muddy pack and get goal-crushing.

Great Fun

Easy to park for event, ran smoothly and fantastic obstacles.

Communication was extensive prior to event however basics like - remember ID and bag for bag drop etc on last email would have been useful!
