You must be able to swim 50m if you attempt the Walk the Plank obstacle. If you do not feel comfortable about completing an obstacle, do not attempt it - move on to the next.

Running alone? We’ve got your back. In 2020 all events will have designated solo runner waves so you can meet other lone wolves, form a muddy pack and get goal-crushing.

Great Fun

Easy to park for event, ran smoothly and fantastic obstacles.

Communication was extensive prior to event however basics like - remember ID and bag for bag drop etc on last email would have been useful!
