Tour of Tameside: Copley Fell Race

Stalybridge, Greater Manchester

2 Brushes Rd, Stalybridge SK15 3QP, UK

Fri 17th June 2016

Organiser's Description

More than 500 runners took to the streets and trails of Greater Manchester in 2015 for one of the region’s most iconic running events - the Tour of Tameside - which was reborn after a 14 year absence. The 2016 event will be a 4 day festival of running, taking in the best sights and sounds that Tameside has to offer, and a variety of routes and terrains. The second stage of the Tour, the 7 mile Copley Fell Race, is runner against the landscape! With a steep climb and steep descent, this event is a challenge for all ability levels.
