Organiser's Description

The inaugural running of this challenge event. The race distance will be 50k and the total ascent and descent is 1741m. Most of the race will be off road, with some short road sections including the hellish steep ascent (25%) of the iconic Devil's staircase. The race will test endurance and stamina, but will reward the runner with a fantastic and lasting memorable experience. The race will start and finish in the centre of Llanwrtyd Wells in Powys.
