Organiser's Description
If you love a challenge, then we have an epic one for you this Spring! Waves, Mud & Mountains returns for a second year to the heart of beautiful North Wales - longer and harder! The legendary natural elements of the majestic Conwy Valley, and our 10k ish obstacle course, will test your stamina, agility and mental strength to the max.
A short sprint from the start line will take you to your first challenge - a ladder climb and 4m drop onto our infamous blob. A short swim across the pool, then it’s agility-test time as you take on our Wipeout-style Crash & Splash obstacle course. You'll be running through a huge wave, taking on a whole lot of mud, and you'll end the race with a run up the notoriously steep Dolgarrog Water Pipe.
