Wensleydale Triathlon

Hawes, North Yorkshire

Organiser's Description

This is the race that started it all. One of the toughest of all UK triathlons, Wensleydale is the re-working of one of the oldest triathlons in the country – the Yorkshire Dales Triathlon. You can take a look at the start and swim in Semer Water to test out this fantastic spot before the event. The swim is the only flat bit – a hilly road bike leg is followed by an equally hilly run. Choice of two distances. (details tbc)

Distances

2000m swim, 42 km bike, 12 km run
1000m swim, 20 km bike, 6 km run
