Yule Jog 10k - Christmas Lights Tour (gentle)

Covent Garden Tube Station

37-38 Long Acre, London WC2E 9JT, UK

Tue 3rd December 2019

Starting at 20:00

Organiser's Description

Yule Jog, our Christmas Lights Running Tour is back for a fourth year. Join us on a magical 10k running tour of London's Christmas lights.

Every night in December, the streets of London are transformed by a series of world-famous light displays, twinkling trees and joyful markets. In small groups of similar-paced runners, you'll be led by a Christmas-loving guide to jingle through the 2019 highlights, with plenty of time for pho-ho-hotos.

Of course, every runner gets a santa hat at the start of the run. Fancy dress encouraged, but not compulsory.

Hoping for a silent night? Sorry - we'll be playing all the Christmas classics along the route from our portable speakers.

We're history lovers at Secret London Runs - so we'll also be pointing out a few places along the way that tell you the secrets of Christmas traditions around the world.

THIS TOUR IS AT A GENTLE JINGLE PACE (if you're comfortable running 10k in 12-13 minute miles). Search for Christmas Lights Running Tour to see alternative dates and speeds.
