Registration and fundraising

You will pay a non-refundable registration fee of up to £49 per entrant payable to ABF The Soldiers’ Charity when registering. Your place is not secured until this fee is received, but if Rifle Run is full on receipt of your fee, you will be entitled to a refund.

Once accepted, your place cannot be cancelled unless we receive your written request to do so, nor can you give your place to any other person as this a serious breach of health and safety, unless, in both cases, we receive written notice of the change 24 hours prior to registration on event day.

You will send all of the sponsorship money, which you have raised, to ABF The Soldiers’ Charity as

soon as possible after the event end but no later than 6 weeks after the event date.

If for any reason you or any of your team members choose not to take up your place or the event is cancelled, or you are not permitted to take part in the event, all money collected can be eligible for a refund, which must be requested by the donor. No refunds requested by you will be processed.

By taking part in Rifle Run you are committing to raising money for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity only. You are not allowed to give your fundraising to any other charity; this includes offline and online fundraising.

You are not permitted to use any of the sponsor money that you raise in relation to your entry in Rifle Run to pay for your expenses. If you do not pass all of the money that you raise to Rifle Run you may be committing a criminal offence.

Sponsorship cheques should be made payable to ABF The Soldiers’ Charity and sent to Rifle Run, ABF The Soldiers’ Charity, Mountbarrow House, 12 Elizabeth Street, London, SW1W 9RB.
