RACING... to feed the hungry! Why Virtually Turkey Trot when you can Spend Yourself to help others?
We are back this year on our original route on the W&OD Trail!
Join us SUNDAY, November 19, 2023, for our 12th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K . This fundraiser benefits Columbia's Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries in Falls Church, Haiti and Zambia. Join us on the USATF certified Race route, or sign up to run or walk virtually from wherever you are! Visit www.columbiabaptist.org/5k for more details.

Please consider donating and asking friends, family and co-workers to give on your behalf. The registration fee covers costs such as t-shirt, giveaways and advertising, but donations are what allows us to continue God's work in Northern Virginia, the Haitian village of La Begue and the villages in Muchila, Zambia.
