SUPER COUCH POTATO 5K
Are you a middle or high school runner and looking to test your winter fitness? Age based pricing for anyone 18 and under, only $15 to register for the event. This still includes the winter hat!
Last year we partnered with the Food Bank of CNY were able to raise nearly $2000! We would like to beat that this year so please consider a donation along with your race registration. A portion of the race proceeds will be donated to the Food Bank of CNY in addition to ALL money any participant would like to donate on top of race registration.
We have our main sponsor back again this year, Dunk & Bright Furniture, who has graciously donated two $250 gift certificates that will be raffled off. We are also raffling a 58" flat screen TV, thanks to USA Racing. Each participant will receive one automatic entry into the raffle. Interested in having more chances to win? For each $5 donation you make to our fundraiser for the Food Bank of CNY, you will receive an additional entry into the raffle. We will host the raffle drawing at the conclusion of the event. You do not need to be present at the finish to win, all gift certificates will be mailed if unclaimed race day.
Meet pre-race at Cobblestone Ale House in Liverpool. Post-race activities also at Cobblestone, including their homemade soup and other refreshments.
New for 2023: the SuperBowl Super Couch Potato support theme. Wear something to show support of your favorite football team, and get your photo taken for the race website. Form a group with friends or family!
Cost: $25 for the 5k, custom Super Couch Potato hat and buff, and entry into the raffle. Swag only to the first 500 registrants!
