Join Hannah’s Heroes of NC virtually or in person for our annual family-friendly 5k Glow Run/Walk to raise money to support scholarships and service projects while empowering youth to explore their interests with acts of kindness.

Multiple Options for 2023
Virtual – Participate from anywhere and run/walk between 9/17-9/23.  Feel connected with the Interactive Race Day Experience App – RaceJoy with Live Tracking, GPS Progress Alerts and Virtual Cheers!
 Virtual 1 Mile Family Fun Run  Virtual 5K 
Event – Run a chip-timed, USATF certified 5K with safety precautions in place and post-race snacks.  5K race begins at 7:00 followed by Family Fun run at 7:30pm. Be sure to wear your best GLOW GEAR as we run/walk on the Washington waterfront!
 In-Person 1 Mile Family Fun Run In-Person 5K 
T-Shirt sizes will be guaranteed to all participants who register before August 18.  Sizes will be Youth (Small to XL) and Adult (Small to XXL).

Overall Finishers for Male and Female
Top 3 Male & Female of each of the following age categories:12 & under13-1920-2930-3940-4950-5960+
Family Teams – awards given to top 2-person team with one member under 18 and one member over 18.  In order to be eligible for family team awards, you must register online and complete pre-registration.  Registration not available on race day.
