Please join us on Saturday, April 22, 2023 as we raise awareness about Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia, honor and remember those impacted by the disease, and raise funds for ADRC to continue to provide support and services to families on Long Island.
Date: Saturday April 22, 2023 (Earth Day) - Rain Date - Sunday, April 23, 2023Location: Marjorie Post Park, 451 Unqua Road, Massapequa Park, New York
ADRC Mission: To provide care, support and education programs to families in need, and to be advocates for local families who are impacted by Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias.
Program of the Day:8:30 am Registration & Grab & Go Breakfast9:30 am Program Ceremony & Recognition10:00 am Walk Begins10:30 am - 1:00 pm Festival Fun & BBQ Lunch
$25 per person, Children 12 and under are FREE - All paid participants will receive a Walk Tote Bag with goodies
Raise $100 and receive a commemorative T-Shirt in addition to the Walk Tote Bag
