REMOTE OPTION
Unable to make the meeting days but want the accountability and support to keep you going through the winter months? The Dave's Remote Program option is another way for you to train and stay active throughout the winter months. Our remote program is powered by a fully operational online platform from Training Tilt and offers a robust online experience.
Whether you are a walker, runner, or somewhere in between, Dave's Winter Warriors will be there for you every step of the way with a supportive, knowledgeable, and energetic support staff in an 8-week conditioning program that includes two official weekly meeting days.
