The 2022 First Coast Turkey Trot:Before you chow down for Thanksgiving dinner, join us for the First Coast Turkey Trot 5k race and 1 mile fun run held on Thanksgiving morning Thursday, November 24th @ 8:30 a.m.Please note there will be no same day registrations for this event, you must pre-register online.This race starts and finishes at The Beachwalk Community Amenity Center. All finishers will get a finisher medal and paid participants and a Turkey Trot T shirt. Shirt sizes and shirt availability only guaranteed to folks that register early.
Note the Kids Free 5k and 1 mile fun run are only for the first 50 to sign up. After that is sold out everyone must register the main Turkey Trot and 1 mile run option Packet Pickup will be at Beachwalk Amenity Center on Wednesday November 23rd between 4:00 pm - 6:00 Pm. 5k Race Course HEREThis race benefits The Heal Foundation - Which empowers the local families that have been affected by Autism. Autism has escalated to a staggering 1 in 54 school aged children, many families are in crisis and we need you help more than ever. HEAL has reached over $2.5 million in charitable giving to area schools and organizations including 468 iPads. Our generous donors and volunteers are vital to making these initiatives and programs possible. We are grateful to all whose involvement helps HEAL assist those living with autism."Please note that the kids and adults 5k and kids and adults 1 mile will be run at the same time . Make a team by getting 4 or more people together and form a team, the fastest 4 on that team will create a team average time. Lowest team average score wins! This will be a professional chip timed race by Florida Race Day. Awards will be based on age and gender. Top overall male and female will win pumpkin pies. Everyone receives a free downloadable finisher photograph.So before you settle in for Thanksgiving get some exercise and fresh air while supporting a great cause. Share with your friend
