Organiser's Description
The Fuzzy Fandango is a trail running event encouraging runners of all abilities to enjoy the Mohican Region by running a great network of trails. The 50K will be a double loop unless we are able to open the connector trail to Malabar Farm and/or Clearfork Scenic Trail.
The race start and finish will be hosted on Camp Nuhop’s Main Property. We have closed the whole property to enhance the fuzzy experience.
Runners will have the option to stay at Camp Nuhop before and after the Fandango. Limited spots are available on a first come first serve basis. There are 10 cabins and 12 dorm rooms. This will be an adventure away from ordinary running for some and just another day in the park for others but a great time for everyone!
Proceeds will benefit Camp Nuhop – a residential summer camp for all children with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorders) and behavior disorders. Camp Nuhop is a 501(c)(3) organization. It will also help with our residential outdoor education programs.
