Organiser's Description
October 29, Get Fit Families will host our annual USA Track and Field Cross Country Race. We are opening this race up to the public.
8 and under age group 2K or 1.2 miles
9-10 age group 3K or 1.86 miles
11-12 age group 3K or 1.86 miles
13-14 age group 4K or 2.4 miles
15 and older 5K or 3.1 miles. Younger kids can age up to the 5K if they choose to.
