Harriman 5K & 10K

Welcome to Harriman TN!
Come visit the City of Harriman during the fall bloom!  The race courses will run through beautiful downtown Harriman. The 5k will be out and back and the 10k an extended out and back course.  Race will start from the River Front Park located in southwest corner of the city.  Course will have 1 water stop along 5K course (mile 2.7) and 2 stops on 10K route with the Harriman Softball players providing the refreshments!  Stop(s) will be by the High school.  Course is certified for national and state records through USATF under course code:

Both 5K & 10K Races will begin at Riverfront Park and will run under the bridge of Pansy Hill Rd. and head straight onto Sewanee St.  Runners will then take a left onto Morgan Ave NE, and then a right onto N Roane St. For 5K, the turnaround point will be on the Bridge just beyond Emory Dr.  For 10K route, N. Roane St will merge into Hannah highway, the turnaround point will be before the highway splits into a two Lane. Course will follow the same route back to the starting line
Awards will be given to top 3 Male & top 3 Females per running race. Age Groups will be in 10 year increments with top 3 per group (9 & under, 10-19, 40-49 etc).  We will be returning with New but still AWESOME homemade Medals thanks to our title sponsors.
