Organiser's Description
Celebrate your Labor Day Weekend in Neola, Iowa at the annual Hoo Doo Days festival. You'll start your at the Hall Sports Complex and baseball fields, up the big hill through the neighborhoods, all the way to the peak of the hill with views of the Loess Hills, and all the way back down. The second half of the race will be a breeze!
