Organiser's Description
Join for a fun New Year’s morning at Mountain View Shoreline Park! The Kiwanis Resolution Run (CA) is an opportunity to start the new year out with a great run on a great day on some fine trails.
There will be chip timing, and both 5K & 10K courses are USATF-certified for records. The courses are on paved walking and bicycling paths within Mountain View’s Shoreline Park. These are mostly part of the regional Bay Trail system, which features fast and flat trails along levees in the baylands.
New this year: A 1K race for kids will be held adjacent the Start/ Finish area. Finishers of this event will all receive a participant ribbon.
Wake up late and still enjoy the race as start time is 10AM. Enjoy a great run in the park and the camaraderie of other runners and some post-race music and refreshments.
All funds raised from the race will support the charitable programs of the Kiwanis Club of West San Jose.
