Lake Mary's 6th Annual Run with a Hero 2023 Sponsored by Orlando Health - 3K Fun Run/Walk
100% of the proceeds from Lake Mary’s Run with a Hero 2023 will benefit a local non-profit.
All proceeds from the run will go to the Florida Firefighters Safety & Health Collaborative where their mission "is to focus on Firefighter Safety & Health by providing education, training, and sharing of best practices to minimize risks and exposure to our Florida Firefighters".

Pre-Event Celebration Kickoff: Join us for the Race Opening Ceremony and Celebration in the morning! 8am - 11amThe run is designed be both fun and educational, our event provides fire, military, police and other life safety related displays/booths, hands on activities, live demonstrations, fingerprinting, firefighter related games and much more for kids and adults of all ages. 
Virtual Runners will have the opportunity to pickup their race packet locally. Items will not be mailed but a pickup date and location will be announced.Race Medals are based on first come first serve. Supplies are limited.
This is a 3K fun run/walk with your local military and first responder heroes at the beautiful Orlando Health Medical Pavilion Campus!
