Metro Way 5K and ymca youth races

Join us for the Metro Way 5K & YMCA Youth Races presented by Lake Michigan Credit Union. This family-friendly event exemplifies our enduring commitment to West Michigan. Even the name of the event, honoring our organization’s previous name, reflects our legacy of making a lasting difference in the health of our communities.
Your participation contributes to our community health and wellness programs, which connect people with free and low-cost health screenings and services, fitness classes and education. You help patients and their families cope with chronic illness, teach healthy habits and promote safety.
The race starts and finishes on the University of Michigan Health - West campus near Frog Hollow Park. The 5K course is entirely paved through the campus and on the Fred Meijer M-6 Bike Trail with a few hills.
