Step 2 - Verify your Roster - if you Approve and NO CHANGES NEEDED - Complete " VERIFIED MY ROSTER ENTRY BUTTON"
Step 4- If you Verify your roster and changes need to be made - you have until 12 noon Wednesday to make changes AND ENTER THEM under 'SCHOOL' above. TIP : Software system is limited on large group entries - so enter 5-7 at a time and confirm then start again.

Only if you need additions to your roster will you need to add an ATHLETE to your school through this registration page. This MUST BE DONE BY WEDNESDAY 12 NOON. Plan accordingly we cannot extend any time this week.

PLEASE FIND Positive Vibes Registration Tent – and receive your TEAM ROSTER, bibs and chips.
YOUR ATHLETES BIBS will be Chipped with the timing device for your athlete; They are to wear these on the front of their Jersey Chest Area. With all FOUR PINS securing the bib DOWN to their Jersey. This allows the timing company to read them at the FINISH-LINE.
IF YOU NEED AN ATHLETE ADDED to your race –
YOU MUST DO SO IMMEDIATELY to prevent delays. REGISTRATION CLOSES at 12 noon Wednesday!!!!USE THE FORM PROVIDED so timing company can enter all info according to software.Last Name, First Name, Grade Level, School
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIBS with TIMING CHIPS:
Athlete needs to secure their bib to the FRONT of their jersey with ALL FOUR SAFETY PINS so timing company can READ their NUMBER when they finish. Coaches please hold onto your students BIBS for any announcements from Timing Company for any future races this season presented by POSITIVEVIBESUSA.com
