Organiser's Description
Join us in supporting our community’s youngest and brightest as they work towards excellence. The Rotary Club of Hollywood is hosting this event to raise funds for the children in the Police Athletic League.
The Police Athletic League is a cooperative effort of the Hollywood Police Department, community volunteers, businesses leaders and citizens that is funded by public contributions that go directly to the youth at PAL.
Money raised goes to funding first rate programs to help with education, mentorship, sports and more and to purchase and maintain equipment used by PAL members. Donations enable community youth to participate in Police supervised activities.
Hollywood PAL serves more than 600 youth, ages 5-18, annually from Hollywood and surrounding communities.
The Rotary Run for PAL is a chip timed event on a certified 5k course. All participants will receive a personalized race bib with timing chip, event dri-fit shirt, and a large amount of fun.
Awards will be given to to the Top 3.
