WEATHER WARNING : IF RAINING/LIGHTNING, THE RACE DIRECTOR HAS DISCRETION TO MAKE THE EVENT A HYROX - STRONG EVENT.
ALL RUNNING WOULD BE REMOVED. NO REFUNDS
You must compete 1 of the first 2 races(Remix or Rewind). The best score will be kept.
Doing all 3 Races is acceptable, but again ONLY THE BEST SCORE OUT OF THE FIRST 2 WILL BE KEPT & PAIRED WITH THE 3RD EVENT(RUNNING ROX)
There is a price discount for each event you purchase in the bundle.
1 Event = Full Price 2 Events = 10% discount 3 Events = 15% discount.
Points for Series will be the following :
Top 20 places at each event will receive a score
100 Pts for 1st place at each event, 95 Pts for 2nd, 90 Pts for 3rd....... 5 Pts for 20th place
Tie Breaker for each event will be a machined time( IE : ROW/ERG). The tie breaker for this event will be released in the rules prior to event
Tie Breaker for overall Point Series will be listed in the rules prior to Event #3.
Now Description of this EVENT
Simply a Full Hyrox Event with 500M runs in between stations. SAME ORDER / SAME MOVEMENTS
Run 500M / ERG 1000M
Run 500M / Sled Push x 4 (350lbs / 250 lbs)
Run 500M / Sled Pull x 4 (250lbs /200lbs)
Run 500M / 50 BBJ over 3 ft mat
Run 500M / ROW 1000M
Run 500M / 200M Farmer Carry (50lbs/ 35lbs)
Run 500M / 80M Walking Lunges (50lbs/ 25lbs)
Run 500M / 100 / 75 Wallballs (14lb & 10lbs)
