Seize the Day: Amer’s Epilepsy Trail Race 5K, 10K and One Mile Walk/Kids' Fun Run

Join us at Mendon Ponds Park for the Seize the Day: Amer's Epilepsy Trail Race!  This year, we have three race options:
5K Trail Run10K Trail RunOne Mile Walk/Kids Fun Run (an untimed, easy meadow path)

Start & FinishThe trail rail race will begin and end at Beach Area, off Douglas Road.  The 5K and 10K courses will follow the North Meadow and East Esker trails. The one-mile walk will follow a separate, easier course.
T-shirts & AwardsT-shirts will be given to all participants who register ahead of time. Awards will be given to the following age groups:16 & Under17-2526 and Over
ParkingPlease park in the Cobblestone House or Beach Area parking lots.
