Organiser's Description
Adult Clinic Time: 8:00am - 10:30amThe clinic includes sessions on:Swim session: If you can swim a lap, you can participate. This will be an in water session. You must bring your swim suit and goggles. We will be in the water from 8:00am - 9:00am.
Cycling lecture and transition demo: DO NOT bring your bike, but bring your bike helmet, we will go over how to fit it properly, and bring everything else that you plan on having with you on race day. We will be outside, please plan accordingly.
Running session: Bring running shoes and running attire. We will run the 2 mile run course.Discussion on training, equipment and a Q an A
Youth Clinic: 8:00am - 9:45am: 30 minute pool session, 30 minute classroom, 30 minutes outside.
