Women's Self Defense

Learn how to defend yourself with this women’s only Krav Maga course! Each registrant will receive a Self-Defense Keychain!
“ ALL participants (or parent / guardian of minor students) must complete a Registration Link by Krav Maga (Link will be sent to you after registration). \
Some reminders for your Workshop: 
Bring water and a small personal towel. Try to use the restroom right before entering the training area.
Dress: athletic footwear, and comfortable clothes, e.g. sweats, yoga, etc., and short or long sleeved shirts. No hats or glasses of any kind are worn during training.
Before signing in for the Workshop, ALL personal items and jewelry of any kind (watches, rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) should be removed and put in a gym bag / purse to be placed to the side of the training area.
Cell phones need to be silenced, and then placed with other personal items.
For ages 13 with parent/guardian consent.
