Saviez-vous que le 10 km de l’Université Laval est la 2e course la plus ancienne à être organisée au Québec et le plus vieil événement sportif à l’Université Laval?Reconnue comme une course accueillant année après année un peloton rapide, cette course est l'endroit par excellence pour vous surpasser!Que vous soyez un coureur débutant, initié ou aguerri, vous trouverez chaussure à vos pieds avec des épreuves de 800 m, 1.5 km, 5 km et 10 km. Les distances de 800 m et 1.5 km sont ouvertes à tous, mais les trophées des gagnants seront remis aux 3 meilleurs temps des catégories suivantes : 800 m (8 ans et moins), 1.5 km (12 ans et moins).Organisé par le Rouge et Or Athlétisme, en collaboration avec Groupe Défis, cet événement sportif vise à promouvoir un mode de vie sain et actif au sein de la communauté. C'est l'occasion pour les coureurs de se dépasser, de relever un défi personnel et de partager une expérience sportive enrichissante dans une ambiance sportive et propice à la performance.
