You're Invited to a Galentine's Day Panel!You’re invited to a free womxn’s galentine’s day event taking place on Tuesday February 11th at 6:45 pm at Bitter Sister’s Brewing Co.!Join us for an informative and life-changing panel with local experts who are going to share from their lived experience and their professional knowledge about how female runners and active women can navigate the (peri)menopause journey.This event is geared towards runners of all levels of experience in their mid 30s and older who are seeking information, guidance and a safe and supportive environment to ask questions and find community for a new season of running.We have assembled a powerhouse panel of women in their 40s, 50s and 60s respectively, each with a unique story as well as expertise as a fitness trainer, naturopath and dietician. This Galentine’s Day Event is also a safe space for 2SLGBTQ+ runners.
