B. Learn to Run – Run/Walk & Beginner Groups – Start from scratch or take your running up a notch with two tailored subgroups to build endurance and confidence.For the Experienced Runners:C. Intermediate Group – Ideal for runners training for 5K, 8K, or 10K races and looking to step up their performance.
D. Advanced Intermediate Group – Sharpen your half marathon skills and level up your shorter-distance racing.
