Whether you run, walk or roll, the focus is on showing up, participating and being part of a shared experience. The TC10K brings people together across all ages and abilities for a morning that reflects connection, support and collective momentum.

Whether you’re walking, learning to run, or already training regularly, the clinics are designed to support you at your current level. You don’t need prior experience or a specific pace. Our coaches help place you in the right group so training feels comfortable and manageable from the start.RunSport Training Clinics focus on consistency, smart training, and community. Sessions are structured, supportive, and built to help you feel prepared over time, not overwhelmed.What you can expect• Weekly coached sessions• In person and virtual options• A welcoming and inclusive community• Training that helps you feel ready long before race day

About the medal seriesThe TC10K is in Year 2 of a three-year collaboration with local Indigenous artist Jamin Zuroski. Each year’s medal connects to form one complete artwork across 2025–2027.
