Organiser's Description
The Spring Run Off 10km and 5km road run in Kamloops is organized by the Kamloops Ridge Runners Society. This event starts at Overlander Park near the Henry Grube building on the North Shore and follows the Rivers Pathway out and back. This is a flat course with beautiful views of the River Valley. Enjoy post-race food and coffee after your run!*If you have a BC Athletics competitive membership or a Kamloops Ridge Runner membership, please email bobtrudeaumemorialspringrunoff@kamridgerunner.org for your discount code before registering.
