nova scotia’s first “gravel” race? check.low key ultra? check.no frills? check.inexpensive? check.no aid stations on course? check (only water & tailwind at the start/finish area).no prizes or swag? check.100 kilometres? check. whoa, whoa whoa...do I have to do 100k?? no! is 100k the only option? no, but you are signing up for 100k :) you will get credit for the loops you do (unless you miss later cut-off times).loops 1 & 2 will be clockwise. loops 3 & 4 will be counter-clockwise. loop 5 is your choice.if you want to continue beyond the 60k mark (80 or 100k), you'll have to be averaging 8min/km pace at 60k to continue (see schedule for cut-off times).loops will be timed and the results will be posted like normal.
