Au fil des années, le Défi du printemps Rouge et Or a su gagner le cœur des amateurs de course à pied du Québec. Après avoir organisé pendant 14 ans le Défi du printemps, Richard Chouinard lègue en 2022 l’organisation de cet événement au Club d’athlétisme du Rouge et Or.Par sa tenue au printemps, cette course représente un beau défi à se lancer pour entamer sa saison de course du bon pied. Avec des épreuves de 1 km et de 5 km, tout le monde trouvera chaussure à son pied, y compris vos tout-petits! Il s’agit d’un événement à ne pas manquer !En participant à cette 18e édition du Défi du printemps Rouge et Or, vous contribuez ainsi au financement du Fonds Rouge et Or qui permet de remettre des bourses aux étudiants-athlètes des 14 clubs Rouge et Or!
