Get ready for an exhilarating day at the Flyin Feet Five Miler on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in the picturesque Odell Park, Fredericton, York! This exciting event invites runners of all skill levels to tackle a scenic five-mile course that winds through the park's main trails, complete with motivational musicians along the way to keep your spirits high. While the route is generally low in technical difficulty, be prepared for a challenging final hill at mile 4 that will surely test your endurance!
In addition to the main race, there's something special for the younger participants with a vibrant 1K Fun Run that includes bubbles and plenty of fun! Kids will enjoy the thrill of running alongside their peers in Ukraine, Kurdistan, and Uganda, while earning finisher badges crafted by local students. Celebration awaits everyone at the finish line with prizes for top male and female finishers, a top fundraising prize, and exciting door prizes. Plus, indulge in some delicious international foods while enjoying entertainment from the Dragonmire Petting Zoo. Set in the Fredericton's beautiful Odell Park, the Flyin Feet Five Miler route takes you through the park's main trails where you will find musicians along the course to set a beat for your feet. Technical difficulty is low but watch out for the last big hill at mile 4 - it's a doozy!Hey Kids! Join other kids in Ukraine, Kurdistan & Uganda by running the 1K Fun Run - complete with bubbles! There will be finisher badges created by FHS students, a top fundraising prize, and some entertainment with Dragonmire Petting Zoo.The event will wrap up with prizes for top male/female finishers, top fundraiser, door prizes, event swag, and international foods.
