Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the GMS Queen City Marathon, taking place in beautiful Regina, Saskatchewan, from September 5 to September 7, 2025! Celebrating its 25th anniversary, this premier marathon weekend offers something for everyone, whether you're a seasoned runner or a family looking to enjoy a fun day out. Kick off the festivities on Friday with the A1 Rent-Alls Night Owl 5K, then let the youngsters shine in the ISM Mini-Marathon on Saturday, perfect for kids aged 2-14.
On Sunday, participants can take on the challenge of the GMS 42.2K Run, or opt for the City of Regina 42.2K Walk and 42.2K Wheelchair events. There are also shorter distances like the Auto Gallery Subaru 21.1K Run, the South Country Equipment 21.1K Walk, and the Regina Hotel Association 10K to suit all fitness levels. Although the Relay event is sold out, there will be opportunities for those wishing to join existing teams during the event weekend. Plus, for those who prefer to race from home, virtual options for all distances will be available from September 8 to October 12
