This vibrant event, set against the backdrop of one of Manitoba's beautiful provincial parks, invites runners of all ages and skill levels to participate in an unforgettable experience for the whole family. Choose from three fantastic race distances: a 3K fun run, a 5K road race, or a challenging 10K race, all in support of Grand Beach's Medical Centre.
With medals awarded for the top three finishers in each gender category across all age groups, along with enticing cash prizes of $100 for the top male and female runners in each race, there's plenty of motivation to lace up your running shoes! Early registration is encouraged to take advantage of lower entry fees, and race day promises to be electric with chip timing for accurate results. Join us at Grand Beach for a day filled with community spirit, friendly competition, and the thrill of crossing the finish line!

NEW AGE HVAC proudly presents the 2025 Grand Beach Sun Run!We warmly welcome runners of all ages and skills to Grand Beach, Manitoba.
