Whether you enjoy walking, swimming, biking, or any other form of exercise, this event is all about promoting health and well-being through enjoyable physical activities. If you don’t have a team yet, no worries! You can sign up individually and be placed with others. So, lace up your sneakers, get moving, and make the most of this vibrant summer challenge!

Being active and moving is a key part of our overall health. The great thing about being active and moving is that it doesn’t have to be a cookie cutter approach. Get out and enjoy activities you enjoy that promote movement and contribute to your overall health.
Get a team of 4 together and join us in July as we get moving! If you are interested but do not have a team, let us know and we will place you on a team.
