This exciting family-friendly day kicks off at 9:15 AM outside Victoria Hall, offering participants the chance to walk, run, or bike along scenic routes of 1 km or 5 km. Enjoy a delicious hot dog, a refreshing drink, and the opportunity to win door prizes as part of your registration.
This year, we're also encouraging everyone to embrace the Halloween spirit, so feel free to come in costume for a chance to win a prize for the best outfit! After completing your route, join us for a picnic and the closing ceremony at the Lions Pavilion in Victoria Park, where we’ll celebrate our top fundraisers and participants. Your involvement supports local youth through vital services in mental health, academic support, and homelessness prevention. Come on out with the whole family on Saturday October 18 to raise money for local youth!
You have the option to walk, run or bike either our 1 km or 5 km routes in downtown Cobourg. Our day will kick off at 9:15am outside Victoria Hall, and wraps up at the finish line for our 5km route at the Lions Pavilion in Victoria Park. A hot dog, a drink and a ballot for our Door Prize are included with your registration fee!
Get your friends and family together and build a team! Youth and groups 4+ enjoy discounted registration. Kids under 5 are free! (Please note that these discounts will appear on the final page of your registration process.)
If your registration amount totals $150 or more, we'll supply you with one of our handsome Rebound beanie hats. Top up your registration with a donation!
Prizes will be awarded on the day to the largest individual fundraiser, the largest youth fundraiser and the largest team fundraisers. Plus a door prize will be drawn from a pool of all participants! So be sure to stick around and play with us in Victoria Park after your route is over. Plus, with Halloween right around the corner we encourage you to come on out in your costume! What your efforts support:Since 1997 Rebound has been helping kids in our community, adapting to fill the service gaps here in Northumberland County in the areas of mental health, academic supports, justice diversion and youth homelessness prevention. Last year alone we served over 1800 local young people.We believe in empowering kids, giving them a second chance to reach their full potential. And we believe in the ripple effects that has in building a positive and vibrant community for all of us.Every one of our services is completely free for clients, so we rely on a committed network of community partners and donors.
