Before the race, from 5 PM to 7 PM, indulge in a delicious BBQ hosted by the dedicated team at Sayward Valley Fire Rescue, with both ribs and vegetarian options available for just $10. All proceeds from the BBQ will go directly to the fire service. Plus, participants can conveniently pick up their race bibs and merchandise from 5 PM to 8 PM. Whether you're racing, cheering, or enjoying some great food, the Kusam Klimb - Friday Night promises a memorable evening for the whole family! With support and donations from Mid-Island Co-op, we're bringing a community focused event on the Friday night before the Kusam Klimb.The night before the Kusam Klimb has traditionally been an evening where participants can pick up their race bib and any merchandise they've purchased. But what if we had a BBQ and a fun Kid's 1km race to support the Sayward Valley Fire Rescue? Kid's 1km - On Friday, June 20 at 6pm - we'll have our kid's 1km race around the beautiful Salmon River Campground. Registration by donation and all proceeds go to the Sayward Valley Fire Department.
