C'est le 7 septembre 2025 que se tiendra la 21e édition du Marathon Groupe Ouellet Bolduc de Rimouski. Depuis sa première édition en 2002, il s'est taillé une place de choix parmi les plus importants événements de course à pied au Québec et dans l'Est du Canada. Athlétisme Québec a même sélectionné le Marathon Groupe Ouellet Bolduc de Rimouski pour être l'hôte en 2024 et 2025 des premiers championnats québécois sur la distance du marathon (42,2 km)!Le Marathon Groupe Ouellet Bolduc de Rimouski se classe parmi les parcours les plus rapides en Amérique du Nord tout en offrant une vue imprenable sur le littoral marin. Le parcours est certifié par Athlétisme Canada et les temps qui y sont réalisés peuvent servir de temps de qualification pour des marathons tels que ceux de Boston ou de New-York. L'événement est sanctionné niveau OR par la Fédération Québécoise d'athlétisme.
